Schedule a Tour
Even though we think we are picture perfect, we want you to tour Reverie with one of our event specialists. It’s the best way to experience the venue, while asking us all your venue questions.
Reserve Your Date
Once you’ve toured (and fallen in love with) Reverie, we will send you a contract with your prices locked in and a booking invoice that you can easily pay online.

Here’s what we recommend for your tour.
Have all decision makers present for the tour.
Make sure you have a rough idea of your overall guest count.
Have an idea of your overall event budget. Your venue and reception (catering/decor) accounts for 40-50% of your budget.
A list of questions for us. We’re happy to answer any of your planning questions.

No. We do not hold dates as our calendar fills quickly. Dates are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis with a signed contract and booking payment.

To reserve a date, email Sarah Horschner at sarah.forschner@reveriedayton.com saying you are ready to book your preferred date. We recommend that you list your preferred date and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis followed by a signed contract and booking payment. Those are required to secure your date. We do not hold dates.

Our team is here for you throughout the planning journey. Immediately after booking, we will give you access to our private Resource Library that our booked events have access to. This will connect you with our preferred vendors, show sample floor plans, list all of our decor inventory, and so much more.
We will also keep you on track with payments, reserving your officiant, premarital counseling (if you choose), and reserving your ceremony rehearsal with helpful email reminders. Of course, we’re also just a phone call or email away to answer any other questions you may have.
